Amanda’s work involves:
- Successfully representing insurers at mediations and settlement conferences
- Robustly representing insurers as counsel in magistrates court trials
- Advising on appropriate reserves, coverage and settlement options
- Conducting, coordinating and reporting on detailed investigations and obtaining witness statements in collaboration with expert investigators
- Identifying and pursuing prospects of recovery
Her court experience encompasses the Magistrates, District, Supreme and High Courts.
Amanda is a member of the Australian Insurance Law Association and active participant in both the insurance industry and legal profession educational activities.
