Background

Michael has advised clients on a broad range of insurance issues and has a particular focus in the defence of personal injury claims.

Michael is an experienced litigator in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Court of South Australia.

In addition Michael is experienced in providing advice with respect to various coverage issues and advising with respect to indemnity.

Michael is currently a committee member of the South Australian Branch of the Australian Insurance Law Association.
