Background

Felicity joined Lawson Smith Lawyers in July 2004, having previously worked in two large commercial law firms. She is experienced in a broad range of legal fields.

Felicity has served both corporate and individual clients.

At Lawson Smith Lawyers Felicity practices all areas of insurance law and assists individual clients with property and/or contract disputes.

Felicity has participated in mediations and is experienced in running trials in the Magistrates’ Court and District Court and running appeals in the Supreme Court.

Felicity has successfully settled numerous disputes to the commercial benefit of clients and has been involved in the strategic management of defending a large representative action.
